The Upper School seeks an experienced Upper School Biology Teacher beginning late August 2019
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated interest in upper school education, and the ability to relate and communicate effectively and appropriately with adolescent girls.
ResponsibilitiesBio 9Teach an inquiry-based, rigorous high school biology curriculum for grade 9AP BiologyTeach AP Biology, an introductory college-level biology course for high school juniors and seniorsStudents explore topics including evolution, cellular processes, and ecology through inquiry-based investigationsTeacher candidates must be familiar with the AP Biology College Board curriculumQualifications:Masters degree in Science or Teaching5 years experience preferred
