Structure of the Network
26 Members
The Network includes 26 Members - 25 Catholic independent Sacred Heart schools and the United States-Canada Province of the Society of the Sacred Heart.
Network Board
The Network Board is accountable to the Members to whom the Board reports at the Spring meeting. The Board hires the Network Executive Director. The Board ensures the mission focus of the programs within the Network by holding the Executive Director accountable for infusing all programs with the principles of the Goals and Criteria. The Board attends to the business of the Network, i.e., finances, legal matters, etc. Its composition - 4 current Heads; 2 current Trustees, and the Provincial. The Head of Conference is ex-officio.
Members
The Members are represented by leaders – the schools by the Heads and Chairs and the Province by the Provincial team. The Members elected an organizing committee known as the Network Board.
Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for providing inspiring leadership in meeting the needs of the member schools. The key function of the Executive Director is relational. The Director develops strong relationships to enable distributive leadership to work effectively in providing programs and services that deal with the issues that matter most to the schools. Working with members of the Network Office, the Executive Director works to ensure frequent and consistent communications with all constituent groups in the Network. The Director also develops the annual budget for approval by the Finance Committee and the Network Board.

Network Student Advisory Committee (NSAC)
The Network Student Advisory Committee (NSAC) is a group of approximately 35 high school students from Sacred Heart Schools across the United States and Canada who serve as a bridge between the Network Office and the student bodies at various schools, fostering collaboration on school initiatives at the Network level. Each year, students from across the Network are invited to apply and all final committee members serve a year-long term. After one term on NSAC, students are invited to apply to serve as part of the NSAC Student Leadership Team in hope of keeping the focus of the group’s work student-centered. Open to all high school-aged students from Network Schools, NSAC seeks applicants who bring diverse perspectives, interests, and experiences. NSAC members actively contribute by shaping student programs, creating interactive forums, and promoting student voices within the Network. They also generate content for platforms like the NSAC Instagram and advise on publications while engaging in projects related to Sacred Heart connections, school spirit, leadership initiatives and community.
