Women in Leadership: Shikha Uberoi Bajpai '00 encourages Stuart girls to appreciate themselves and lead with integrity

Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart
Through the Women in Leadership Speaker Series, our students get to hear from prominent women leaders in a variety of fields. The series is offered through the National Center for Girls' Leadership at Stuart and was initiated in 2006 with the goal of educating girls, and those who mentor and support them, to qualities of "leadership for life." On Monday, November 19, Stuart girls were honored to meet alumna Shikha Uberoi Bajpai '00, who is vice president of Indi.com, owner of Impact Media 360 and a former professional tennis player. Shikha generously shared her experience and expertise as she worked with a peer leadership class, spent gouter speaking with the Upper School tennis team, had a private lunch with the Middle School tennis team, spoke with a group of Upper School and eighth grade girls, and gave a formal presentation to girls in grades 4-12 in the afternoon.
Shikha reflected on the foundation and values she developed while attending Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart. She encouraged girls to take up space, be heard, appreciate themselves, strive for excellence and to lead with integrity and strength. Click here for photos.
