Welcome Leadership Teams

Sacred Heart schools' leadership teams recognize that leadership is both an art and a science informed by mission. Specifically, in our case as leaders within the Network of Sacred Heart Schools, this mission is infused by the values articulated in the Goals and Criteria. They capture the principles of Catholic education permeated by Saint Madeleine Sophie’s charism and the spirit of the Society of the Sacred Heart.
Effective leadership teams are made up of members who successfully engage with one another, solve problems, and achieve goals in order to ensure the integrity of mission. They recognize both the unique roles within the leadership team as well as the shared responsibility the team holds for mission.
Following the lead of the head of school, leadership teams uphold the principles of good practice within all school operations as they implement the vision of the Goals and Criteria. As the stewards of mission, Sacred Heart school leadership teams work in partnership with the head of school to ensure continuity of Sacred Heart educational mission, the best educational climate for today’s students and the sustainability of the schools for future generations.
Independent but never isolated, Schools of the Sacred Heart remain deeply united in mission. To that end, we invite school leadership teams to login if interested in more resources regarding leadership within the Sacred Heart as well as valuable forums for school leaders.
